Hey all, I just picked up an armalite AR-10A2, going to switch it to an A4 flat upper. This is my first .308, but not my first build. I've built a custom AR-15, and have built up an Arsenal/Saiga AK. Look forward to learning from the experience of those on this board.

I'll address these in the proper forum areas, but what Im looking to do with my ar-10 is build something that is good for close quarters and some distance, so I'll be asking around about stocks, sites/optics, etc...

Hi guys I am looking to build a ar10 never have done it before and need some good info on what I should look at building. Looking for a long range gun that I can hunt big game with.

Hey all. My name is Dave. New to your web site. Happy to see one dedicated to the AR-10! A little about me;...just a blue collar working stiff who loves his family, country, my little buddy Wiley (German Shepherd pup) the second amendment, boats and cold beer. Not real happy about the amount of my check that goes to taxes and bills, but manage to squirrel away enough for some pretty cool toys (please don't share that with the IRS...they will think I'm keeping too much). I bought my first AR-10 before Christmas. She is a real looker, but having some issues. Posted a thread earlier today. Hope you guys can help.

Hello, everyone, I'm Dave (not that Dave... the other one...). I'm just thinking about getting a .308 semi-auto at some point and this seems like a good place to go info-hunting.
