Hi its MAriusz from NJ. I'm a nurse practitioner, avid hunter, and firearms collector. Just picked up a AR10 Magnum lower that I will be building, and I happened across the website while looking through AR15.com. Looking for suggestions on a build, any help would be appreciated.

Hi name is Mike, or unionsheetmetal441. Happened on this site from Armalite site. Just started on my rifle. Purchased a Ar-10 with 1913 rail fore grip. Love it. Want to basically build the P.A.S.S. Its a good looking system. Glad there is a site like this.

I take it you read my article...thank you for the thought..and the compliment....seriously.
The P.A.S.S. is built for a Dual Purpose configuration...CRE...Close Range Engagement and Semi-Distance..being mine is a A4C...With the 16" barrel..you are at best looking at 700 yards, Max, with the stock barrel...depending on the shooting ability...No Offense Meant..
I have included all the info for building one in the article..but I have to say ...I have changed Optic Platforms...I went to ADM...American Defense MFG...They are Great Mounts and are capable of the same "return to zero" as the LaRue...but Less in cost...

Yes I did read your article. Very helpful. Any extra info is greatly appreciated. Looked at a lot of different platforms and calibers before finally choosing the ar format. I thought I had narrowed it down. I was wrong. Saw the LMT and fell in love. Till I saw price and prices for extra mags. Looked at Rock River but when I went to purchase it dealer had just gotten 6 armalites in. Was over I found what I was looking for. It came with 3-20's and a ten rounder. I basically want what you built. Something that can be a dual purpose and the rail system makes it possible. Really glad I found this site.

You have "chosen" wisely...
