Great to have found this site. After extensive search looking for my 1st rifle, I was able to narrow it down to the ar10t 338 federal or the Benelli r1 in a 300 win mag. Must say I made the right choice. Got some furniture on there now ( ergo delux grip w palm shelf, prs stock, burris ar p.e.p.r. scope mount, vortex crossfire ii illuminated scope and vortex sparc red dot on a daniel defence offset mount) and she's about to go to work. Couldn't be happyer and you guys rock.... just hope my wife never finds out lol
ArmaLite in the .338 Federal would be my choice as I don't have one yet If the wife's cool get her the Benelli and everyone would be happy. Mine doesn't go to the range with me much, so I always take "her guns along"
Hello everyone. Just wanted to say hi. I've had my AR10T carbine for almost 10yrs. but have just recently found this site while researching upgrades. Lots of good reading here and thanks to the administrator for making it available.
Thanks for visiting! I got my AR-10T almost 10 years ago also. It just dawned on me that this website is almost 10-years old! I'm thinking it is time for a special 10th anniversary giveaway!
Hello, my name is Jeff, I live in central KY. Yesterday I ordered the ARMALITE 10TCBNF 308 16" SS, it's my first ar platform gun and I am excited to learn more. Thanks for allowing me on your website.
Thanks for joining and welcome, anticipation I can't wait! your going to love that new ARMALITE carbine :woohoo: Hope you have money left for ammo, your going to need it
Hello,
I bought my first a AR10 a few months ago, I have been shooting AR's my whole life. I grew up in Chicago but moved to Utah so I could keep all my guns left to me by my Father and and uncles.
Howzit...I'm Phil from Hawaii. Looking up information about .308 ARs and the AR-10 in particular. This looks like a good place, and hopefully I'll find what I need and call this forum another "home."
New to the site and got my AR10 today. Standard 20 " barrel. Nothing fancy. Put a Nikon Monarch 4x16 Scope on it along with folding iron sights for backup. Am learning a lot just reading this site right now. Can't wait to go live with it at the range. Wanted one since I read about them in 1961 Gun Digest as a 12 year old. Back then you had to either work for Fairchild, or be a member of the Nigerian Army to shoot one. Look forward to a lot of learning over the next few months.
