We are in the midst of a three day snowstorm- on May 2??????
I heat with an outside wood boiler, and I have never kept it running this late in the season before. I have about four days of wood left. After that, I either have to switch to propane, or dig some wood piles out of drifts and cut more wood. Interesting, but a friend in Argentina sent me a message that the area in the Andes where she lives just got their first snowfall of winter! Crazy thing is that it was 80 degrees here on Tuesday. I just saw a robin waving a white flag. Enough, already!

71 degrees here in northern VA
Was there last month. Take away 90% of the people and traffic, and it would be a nice place.
Everything we did there, we had to plan around the traffic flow.

Yup, you see, I love the Lakeshore of any Great Lake. Had assignments therein and there is nothing like that quality of life. Another assignment back on the Lakeshore has popped up and I'll take it in a heartbeat, even with the taxes: bluebills, walleyes, salmon, freshwater, and some salty dirt bikin thrown in there for good measure. Excellent road-racing courses within 6 hours of each other...
