That said if someone can make a case for a non roller please do...
I would have to agree, the ArmaLite ones seem to be just Retained...
The KNS pins are Stainless Steel...I think if one was to use maybe something like Mil-comm's TW25B grease on them or maybe a Graphite there would be almost no wear on the trigger and hammer...
The key point to them is that over time the holes in the receiver wear..given the rotation, then the pins become loose over time...
So with the Antis you don't have that...but then there is always a Reaction for every action...the Trigger and hammer most likely will wear...but being retained as such...no chance of the pins coming out...
So I guess it is a Trade Off...Tit For Tat...

I am with you...
That said and from where I sit: I am going to put my engineers hat on and say at first blush, the solution is a softer pin. Given the 3 prime components:
1) lower
2) trigger group
3) pins
IMO opting to save the lower and trigger group is more important than pin wear, pines are cheap vs replacing the TG/Lower. This does require more maintenance and paying attention to your weapon, but will preclude going to bigger and bigger pins and drilling out your lowers. A softer pin will wear faster sure, but seems to be the solution from my chair????????????????
 As I said...Tit for Tat.... :cowboy:
As I said...with the right type of Lubricant on the pins...it would be a long time before any maintenance on them would be needed...
Just my :twocents: on it...but what do I know... :side:

I use the KNS pins on my 9mm pistol........later to be an SBR
Geissele does NOT recommend using them with his triggers.
The Armalite pins are a "anti-walk" design, not "anti-rotate"
It is a toss up as to wether they are needed or not. Many standard trigger pins break in the blow-back ARs. The 9mm and .22LR are very hard on pins, the chance of breaking them with the 9mm is greatly reduced with the use of a "ramped" bolt assy.

You won't regret it...Be mindful of the Pin size...if you don't have alot of rounds through your 10...get the .154s...
Look forward to seeing a Pic or two....
