Sounds very similar to my rifle, does this indicate I should get the larger.155 pins or stick with .154?

Technically, most all ARs do this. It is up to you if you care to install oversize pins or anti-rotation pin set. Many do not worry about it unless it is a high use auto receiver

I'm pretty sure I will go with the anti-rotation setup. They offer the kits with several size pins so I'm just debating what size I need. I have always kept it well lubed with the recommended lubes so I wouldn't think the 800 rounds or so would wear that much.........
The movement looks the same as it always has......I only see turning on the pin, no side to side in the hole. I'm thinking .154, am I thinking right??????

The GA pins on my MGI with SSA-E trigger rotate.

The GA pins on my AR-10TU with SD-E do not.

Busted out the calipers as well as the SD-E, GA pins and a set of KNS pins.

SD-E hammer = .1555
SD-E trigger = .1555
SD-E sear = .1555
SD-E pins = .1540

KNS pins = .1530 (On package it says .154)

I wonder what the KNS .1555 pins actually measure?

Anyone want to trade a set of .1555 for a set .154?

:( Now I don't know what size to buy, like chinese shirts I guess, you have to try them on because they sew whatever tag they have handy on them.......

I'm thinking if I don't get a proper fit I'll end up with worse wear than I was trying to stop............

Geiselle does not recommend them due to the inconsistent specs.
My Timney trigger I have installed does not spin the pins.
