It is my understanding that any treaty entered into by the United States still requires ratification by both the House and the Senate. This would be akin to them then passing ANY law on gun regulation just as it is required for any law or ban. Not saying it
....besides, I lost all my firearms in a tragic canoe accident just this last week end; yep, every last one of them, sunk to the bottom of Lake Michigan someplace between the Benzie County boat launch and Green Bay. Tipped the damn canoe over about half way across and down they went. Nothing I could do.
yeah mine were lost on a fishing trip on the ohio river there is no tellin were that current could have taken them...plus it was brought to my attention that NO TREATY can super-cede the constitution. we need to start calling our congressman and governors and tell them how we feel in a professional and firm way!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That thing was signed. After looking at things if yaw think the constitution means anything to this bunch your crazy. The most dangerous thing done so far is an exec order alowing the IPF to arrest and remove a US citizen from this country for any reason.
I can't wait until political opponents start dissapearing, or Joe the plumber is an idea candidate for some crap like that. There is a lot of hatered for individual thinkers that put them on the spot without a leg up to come back with.MSH
