I will grant that there ARE individual cases that could be looked at and in time, records cleaned up however, this is not the norm bud. Really.
I am speaking in generalities and I'm sure we all know people who we believe were wronged or deserve better than what they ended up with however these cases, when isolated against and compared to the majority, are few and far between and if you've ever been to the city, ANY city, you HAVE to know that what I am saying is true.
Sure, we all know a few, but for the most part, this is not the case.
Should cases and records in some instances be reviewed over time due to extenuating circumstances and a change life? Sure. I'll give you that but it won't be very many as compared to the people who deserve it... OR the people who try to scam THAT system if it ever existed...
I missed all the action, good conversation guys. At my core I side with JT, if everyone walked the walk , and shepple didn't exist then we wouldn't need backround chacks. But we have men that can't even make up there own minds on who to vote for, let alone behaving as they should in there affairs.
I recently sold a ar15 over the internet, called the guy and set up a meet, arrived on time got out of the car to shake his hand. After the shake said I have three questions for you if you want the gun, 1 are you a felon, 2 have you ever been committed against your own will for a psych eval. No and NO . Last question whats your mothers maiden name, he paused and then gave the correct answer. I shake again and say your a Good Guy nice to meet you would you like to see your new weapon now. He shakes his head affirmative. I say I had to check you out, I sleep better at night knowing a good guy got my weapon. BTW your HS football team where you assistant coach at did really well last year congrates on that , and volunteering your time for the kids.
True story happened last week. If your going to sell a weapon over the internet be prepared to do a backround check on them, its the best thiry dollars you will ever spend.
