Yes, he did! Sometime after 1986 he went to be an instructor at the Ranger School, actually could have been 1985, I really can't remember the exact date. I was in the 172nd Infantry in Alaska during most of that time.

Then I was green RIP student standing at the flight line watching him load up. At first I was jealous.....then when fewer returned than left I re-thought that feeling, training got pretty serious at that point.
Give him a "Rangers Lead The Way" for me.

Hello everyone.
My name is Martin, My screen name is MrMarty51 and, I still have My AR10. :rotfl:
It has been a while since I have logged in, life got mighty busy and, it still is, just did`nt have a lot of time.
I also had joined truckforum.org and, was, still, trying to help out members with keeping their pickumup trucks running smoothly. That too has been taking some time, but, I am going to try to hold back, over there a bit so that, I can come into here and say hello once in a while, well, a lot more than I have been.
Missed everyone.

Did some fishing yesterday. I was using a big yellow/red five of diamonds, seeking the big pike but, no such lick.
My friend Bob, He was using a small minnow looking cranking bait and caught a bunch of bass and perch, some smaller than the lure. BUT, He did land in two nice big mouth bass and one nice perch. Guess I know what He had for supper last night. LOL

HOWDY Folks from Gulf Coast Texas :thumbs:

My name is Glenn and my interests are all AR platforms but currently getting a new LR308 together and will be receiving here soon a new Armalite DEF-10.

I have absolutely NO experience or knowledge whatsoever with the .308 / 7.62 round and/or platform but I am eager to learn. Whatever I learn here will be the first things I've ever learned about the .308 round and rifles.

If authorized I'll be sharing my build and range experiences on the forum. Hoping to contribute as much as I learn.

I'll be completing the first .308 build here soon and will be taking that to the range along with the problematic 7.62 x 39 AR I hope to have corrected.

Glad to meet everyone and look forward to a positive experience here in the forum.
