Well,

I shot the 716 yesterday without a scope and here's my report. Well made serious rifle that functioned flawlessly. This is a serious 308 rifle!!! Unfortunately my scope won't be here for a week or so, but I will keep you updated. You won't go wrong with the 716 DMR. That's for sure.
