There might have been some minor drama in the past, but I think we learned from it. Life is too short, and I can't learn from others when I am too busy pontificating on the superiority of everything I own and touch. What is even worse is when false information is spread just to make someone look like an expert. That happens a lot it seems.

Get together for a day of shooting, maybe have a dinner the day before late. That would give everyone time to get there, maybe do dinner friday night and shoot Saturday. If guys want to come early they can , or stay a day later if they want.

Cowboy I like the idea of having something for the wives if they want to do something else. And the more things there are to do the more we will attract to the meet. I could handle most of this in a day or so on the phone. Would locate lodgeing, organize the shoot and make it happen. I think if we get it started this spring it will grow each year, into something good. I start a thread, with some ideas if i have time in the afternoon or am.
If you are REALLY that interested i could most likely arrange something at Rattlesnake Ridge, in clarksville TN.
Maybe down the line, when things settle down. I just spent five months in Minnesota remodeling a house to put up for sale. By the way, a real shortage of ranges. Nice to be back in Wisconsin. Now hoping the house sells.
