Very good to see You too O~L Cowboy.
Say, that JD tractor/backhoe/loader You have is a mighty handy rig.
My eldest boychild went and bought one of those. A very professional performing machine indeed.
What did You put down on that floor, the reflections of the windows almost makes it look like windows above the windows, or, below, I ca`nt tell. :rotfl:
Marty the floor is concrete, with about 3/8th - 1/2 in layer of epoxy, then another layer after that was cured, after that cure then it was stained in two colors, then a clear HARD sealer was put on and cured for 19 days, then another layer of clear sealer and cured for another 10 days.

I will post pics as time goes by. This is our last home, no more after this. So its a complete redo. I do a good deal of the work, except the electric and the big plumbing, I will finish the plumbing. Everything in the pic comes off the far wall and I redo the wall, then I put it back on the wall to make sense of it, something the plumber did not do. NOTE how he pulled out the HVAC vent and just left it hanging saying he did not have enough room...he would have had he placed the water manifold over to the right about 4 in...DUH.
On the left is the Nortiz tankless hot water heater, I put it in, he had never done one, its my second and ANYONE thinking of replacing the hot water heater and have gas or propane you NEED to use a tankless unit. I will show you how to install it yourself you do not need a plumber! Take NOTE of the use of PVC plumbing for the exhaust of this 199,000 BTU unit, PVC melts at 140 F for this grade, the unit is really efficient.
The black thing is a water softener I also installed.
I also installed a whole house filter and (blue) decalciumnator to remove the calcium form the water

I'm going to reset the points and start a new contest in January.
Thanks. Got the computer set up in the upstairs bdrm on a small folding table, wife also has one, her closet is now the deck on the roof so its a heck of a time for us. Really a lot of fun, we are LOOKING forward to the day its all done, I know my wife is.
We have a barn full of appliances, Bosh dishwasher, oven and if you have not looked at Induction cooking then you need to! Cooks with magnets, she has a Bosch induction cooktop that will go in on her cooking island. Its AMAZING. Put a pot on it and it only heats the pot, not the cooktop, so you can put your hand next to a pot of boiling soup and its not hat at all, VERY efficient use of electricity and if you like to cook with gas this is better!. Ohh and its fast, like 2x as fast to boil water and 60% more efficient than gas!
Yep taking off some time as the contractors as all off, so will hit it in Jan.
