Got it out!!

And the winner is MRRALEY #2. Thanks a lot.

#1 tried to fire it = unsuccesful, wouldn't fire.

#2 Hit the butt on the ground while pulling on the charge handle = success, the round came out.

Examined the brass and the chamber. The jammed brass had a lot of scatches on it. The shoulder felt like it had been sand blasted and was very rough. The bottom edge of the shoulder had about 3 deep cuts (depth of each about 1/4-1/2 the thickness of the brass), but short (about 1mm long) when viewed with a magnifying glass. There was also a couple of long scratchs the full length of the case from the shoulder to primer. Could feel them with my finger nail.
1) Inspected some of my other once shot brass. They also all had these tiny cuts on the shoulders.
2) Tried to replicate the long scatches by pushing some rounds out of the clip with my finger = no scratches.
3) Called Armalite. They suggested I scrub the chamber with a steel bore brush wrapped with a patch and soaked in brass cleaner. If that doesn't work, try some burnishing paste because the chamber most likely has a manufacturing burr. They said the long scratches were probably due to the 2 feed ramps. If this doesn't stop the cuts they said I may have to return the rifle to have the chamber worked on.
4) The chamber and barrel were very slightly dirty. So I scrubbed the chamber real good several times with the standard chamber brush and patch.
5) The other rounds fed and ejected normally using the charging handle, but they are still getting that small cut on the shoulder. Even tried feeding and ejecting a round that has never been fired and it ejected with that same tiny cut on the shoulder, but no scratchs on the length of the brass. Noticed the tiny cut was less deep on the never fired round, so maybe the scrubbing is helping. So, I may try to very lightly burnish the chamber to see if the cuts stop. If not, I may have to send it back to Armalite.
6) Polished the jammed round and it successfully fed and ejected using the charging handle. Using a magnifying glass, I found a little piece of brass about the size of a straight-pin head on the side of the case. Polished it smooth, so maybe that was the problem with the jamming.

Tahnks for all your help and concern, Jer

So what do I win? B) 1000 internets? cool I always wanted them just for my very own...

Glad everything is working out for ya. Make sure you check that chamber to see if it was from the reamer or if something got left behind from shooting.

MRRALEY, I'll have to think about your prize. Maybe BMS can help out here. He was going to give me a block of wood. Maybe he'll give you a lump of coal which has the potential of becoming a diamond.

Thanks again for your help. Jer
