Naw,.........can't say I can agree with that.
When I bought my basic flat-top AR-10 I thought I was buying a "Plain Jane", it was the cheapest AR-10 I could find. Within 20 rounds I knew without a doubt my rifle was no "Plain Jane" rifle! Now this didn't stop me from getting rails, covers, lights, and I like that grip...............
It has stopped me from doing anything like free-floating the barrel, it is so damn accurate for me now I don't want to touch anything that might change that, I can't shoot any better anyway! :usa:

My LGS owner said the same thing. I was talking to him about getting a free floating forearm, and he said, " your rifle is so accurate now, do you think you would notice the difference? And I realized I would'nt. So I used the money to buy a reloading press instead.
