Uh that's funny, as that's what we initially thought!
Then I went through the manual to find the tear-down directions and found the description that "some models" will require the use of a tool to depress the center of the button, in order to get the release to work.
What appears to be the "normal" release button, is actually an immobile guard?
Any chance of getting pic up of this, have not seen this that I know of...
