The system treats you the same whether you paid a dime or not, we're all "clients" in their eyes. It's up to every individual to respect his fellow citizens and not abuse the system. It is every citizen's obligation to do something about it when they see abuse, never assume you are helpless to stop it. I've turned in my own brother for lying about living with his baby's momma. I'm not popular with some in the family but they are the ones that don't show their faces at family get togethers so I know where the guilt is being felt! Very few things worth doing are simple or easy.

The above is an over simplification.... You have to be evaluated by mental health professionals... Not to just having mental health issues... But havering mental health issues that may cause you to be a physical risk to yourself and/or others.......
