:cowboy: Wanted to stop by an Irish Bar for a Guiness and fish and chips for dinner, but they were closed for spring cleaning! So I am sitting here with a gin and tonic.
coffee.
Didn't make it out to the vfw this time around. Only 2 classes for the summer and somehow 3x the homework.
I have been wanting to try a pimm's cup, but all I got in the house is wild turkey.

I'm in the middle of applying for a job with the Federal Eastern Lands Management Agency inspecting construction on federal lands. I've been answering questions on their "secure" site for hours this week. They show you a screen with all your information and ask if it is correct, I check yes and the next screen is full of empty boxes wanting the info they just showed me. Spent a day just making my computer get along with them. Got my fingerprint card from FedEx this afternoon so I rushed to the sheriffs office in hopes of getting them on the way back yet today, just as I got there a bus load of federal prisoners on a cross country tour stopped to check in for the night so they didn't have the manpower to take care of me. I guess it all started with my emails months ago so another weekend won't kill me.
The guys here have helped a bunch, the tips for the interview were spot on and the morale support here is great! :usa:
Well I kinda late with this cause I was installing a new Air Conditioning on the boat, but when I was done I had a couple of Shiner's and a Bushmill's Black Bush
virgin bloody Mary. This past Easter was 19 years for me without a taste of the ole whiskey...I still remember the morning I woke up, went to the bar, and for some damn reason, asked for a grapefruit juice. The girl behind the bar even had the bottle of VO in her hand and was getting ready to pour. She was visibly shocked and, well, so was I. For some reason, I just couldn't take another drop.
