NO, they need companionship :twothumbs: I'm hoping this emotional excuse will ease the wife's displeasure with the idea when I get another!
Ever fire a 90mm recoilless rifle?
Holey Moley. No. (You are going back a ways for that one. Even before my time. We were firing dragons and laws back when I was in. I've seen em but they weren't working models.)
Ever see a Browning M2 blow up due to bad head spacing?
Yes, I was a Colonel's driver in the field so we had to show up at all the accidents. I don't know for sure why it blew up but it turned it to a pile of scrap.
I think the Rangers were the only unit left using the 90 when I was in. It was a blast to shoot but what a bitch to carry on a road march! :whip:
Yes. (I was actually pretty good with em. Don't remember the exact distances but firing both the M203 and the LAW, I did pretty well between 100 to 200 yards I believe.)
Ever been accused of cheating on a psychological examination? (lol I have)
No. (I actually prefer the Denma translation of the Art of War. The Denma group had access to the actual bamboo scrolls written well over 2000 years ago which held the original writings)
How about the "Tao Te Ching" by Lao-tzu? (I only mention these because they are very thought provoking and at one time, I was considered a "less than compassionate" person - these works, along with several others, helped me find my way back.)
I stand corrected. It was so long ago I forgot the authors name was Lao Tzu. Sieh sieh Ni as they would say in Mandarin. Thank You. I majored in Chinese History of all things. I still have an interest in their martial arts although I quit practicing about five years ago. Back to the game.
Have you ever practiced a martial art for more than two years?
