Absolutely. (you'd be hard pressed to find much from the ocean I haven't enjoyed and yes, I've had the Rocky Mountain Oysters myself and they were great.)

Ever eaten a baby duck boiled inside the egg? (it's an Asian delicacy called Balut)

Raw (pickled) AND fried with an egg batter... (and by the way, Balut isn't TOO gross but it's the thought of what you are eating that gets ya in the guts)
