Don't let the M1A do the light squeeze double it will wreck you gun. And that goes for the ARs also. With out an auto sear they will crash. Done fixed to many of them. I know how to do it but its hard on them. Dad showed me how that worked on grands and Johnson rifles. The Japs never got the hang of a Johnson rifle with that 10 round mag. They would shoot 8 rounds and the Japs would come running and you had 2 rounds left. There is no mods to even do to to them to keeping them running. But hear this clear it will wreck an M1.MSH

Gotcha,I did`nt realize it would damage them,I have been practicing {when on the range} to give it a firm touch and that seems to work real well.
An older lady stopped bye a couple of months ago and as Her husband had died quite a few years ago She had no use for His firearms,I used to do some work for Her until I messed up My back,She said She had some firearms in Her car that She wanted to give Me,She started pulling out the first one and I seen the rear sight and thought,OBOY,it`s a 1903 or A3 but not so,it was an old jap rifle with the airplane sights
,Chrisanthimums all still intact and a chunk of the stock is gone, looks like it had been hit with a bullet in the area of the magazine but every thing still functions and the bore is real nice{No I am not going to try shooting it.LOL}The next thing She pulls out is an old Belgium made side hammer double barrel shotgun with the damascus twist barrels. The next one She hauls out is in a sheath and after She left I pulled it out and it turns out it is a Winchester Model 65 slide action in a 22Magnum.I did take the 65 out and it shoots real well and is dead on accuracy.

If you're looking for a Geissle and don't necessarily need the match or service rifle trigger, why not try this one which is cheaper as well?

www.bravocompanyusa.com/Geissele-AR15-Su...20trigger%20spin.htm

I've moved my match trigger around from AR15 to AR 10 with no problems.

:) While your question is very broad. There is a few rules you should know. All small pin(.154") triggers will interchange in any AR-10/15 EXCEPT Colt. If you are using CCI military #34 primers a realy light trigger won't work, and cause misfires. A recent usage of Timney's 3# for the AR-15 brought this to mind. JARD's adjustable trigger caused it's own problems. trying to get the disconnector to set right, within 1/12 of a turn of the adjusting screw, caused the gun to double, or the disconnector would'nt let go of the hammer. If you looking for a casset triggers look at American trigger, Timney trigger (AR-10), or wilson.

The AR10 lower i just built i had a Armalite tactical 2 stage in it.
I do mainly benchrest type shooting and i did not like the 2nd stage pull.So i took my RRA 2 Stage out of one of my Ar15 and put it in the
Armalite lower, measure 3lb 9 oz on my lyman electric trigger gage.
I shot the gun today, LC M118, Hornady TAP and all good.
Comparing primer dents to other brass from the Armailte trigger
they look the same.I have a Geissle in my RRA Predator Pursuit
but i think the RRA 2 stage will be just fine.Thought i'd pass that on.
