That thing is the Tiger tank of pistols. The Mk 23 is what happens when you leave the SEALs alone to design a pistol. Still, they're dead-nuts reliable. Gonna get a can for it?

And it was made in 2010, so the night sights should still be pretty bright.

Got some mags in today, so I am up to eight 12 round mags.

Great pistol, very accurate and sturdy. It was designed by a team of engineers with a spec list from the teams. Unfortunately the german engineers did what they do they made a indestructible gun that was very accurate. When they introduced it to the teams it was rejected , for being to big bulky and heavy. They now use the SIG on the west coast, not sure what they are using on the east coast. These things have a expected 100K round service lift. Nice find.
