The eye relief of the Burris is around 2.5 - 3.5 inches. Your problem looks and sounds like a Length of Pull issue with the stock.
If you're still using the Magpul PRS stock in the picture, have you tried adjusting it yet? It's adjustable for both LOP and comb. You might want to play around with it and see if you can find a good combination.
If none of the adjustments in the stock allow you to get a good sight picture, the least expensive path is to change the stock to one that allows greater adjustment for length of pull. The Magpul UBR and ACS/ACS light might be the way to go. Falcon Industries also makes a stock VERY similar to the UBR.
I tried turning it around, works fine except I was looking at everything backwards :rotfl:
My real problem is length of my arms x36 so I need a lot of stock. It could set a bit higher, most likely I will need to move to a scope with a ring mount and maybe even some rear facing mount arms. I have seen them on other folks guns and now I know why they used them. I am looking at some 1x-3x scopes that are out there.
I should have also asked if the cheek piece was high enough also.
Something I have had people try, is to close there eyes, take a comfortable shooting position, then open your eyes and see where you are in reference to your scope.
Sometimes, you will see that it will take to raise the cheek piece and not the scope. cause when you open your eyes, you should be looking directly at the scope. If you are looking under the scope, you either lower the scope or raise the cheek piece. If you are looking over the scope, then you either raise the scope with higher rings or lower the cheek piece until it is comfortable.
I think I got that straight... or it's about as clear as muddd. :cowboy:

A mount like this might work. It's going to depend on if the mounting holes line up with your scope.
Position your cheek on the stock to the point you get a good sight picture.
Place your weak had at the point where the forward edge of your cheek meets
the stock. What is the distance between that point and the optic?
