This is awesome feedback! I am glad that so many people think this is a great idea as we have all been in the same boat at one time or another. Also, from what i'm told, there are some major reloading experts on this forum and I would love to have input from anyone who would be wiling to help!

I'm both. Newbie and wannabe. Still trying to find dies. It's as hard as finding bullets right now

For dies, try Midwayusa and Graff & Sons.

I have been involved in several hobbies through the years, primarily guns, music and car racing, and I have never understood the "My dick is bigger than yours" dorks. OK, you got a trophy, so what? Reloading should in no way be different.

We all started off at zero, and my policy has always been to help people progress in the sport or activity. I can't tell you how many folks I have trained to shoot and handle firearms safely, but it's a bunch. My personal triumphs include my kids, who are deadly serious when it comes to firearms, and might be able to outshoot me if they went to the range more often  .

If there is one thing that shooting sports enthusiasts should be about it's education. And for me, that is "Job One".

Amen to that. I would have given anything to have a bunch of knowledgable people to learn from about reloading. But now I can make up for some of the gaps in my knowledge. As soon as the frenzy subsides a bit, I am going hunting for a nice single station press, and a progressive system once I get my skill set back to the point I am not an accident waiting to happen. Then the questions are really going to start coming.

I'm holding off for a 100% automated system. Dump all the stuff into one end, push the button and hold my ammo can at the other end. I might even buy some little boxes with a photo of my "oh so handsome face" on the box with a big shit eatin grin although I haven't decided on that yet... ya'll know how shy I am.... :)
