This is getting painful to watch, I think I'm going to stop. Even Sen. Cruz who normally seems to stick to the constitution can't resist this opportunity to go where they are forbidden. What part of "shall not be infringed" are they not understanding. It means it belongs to the STATE and it is their job to make sure the state doesn't mess with us! Hearing him speak of providing more resources to the federal government made me feel ill. Hopefully he will learn that Sen. Grassley is not the guy to follow. Now we just gotta wait on these state laws that crept in. Hope SCOTUS thinks 4 states is enough to take up the issue (it was four states, right?).

Alright, on to other business, when is my months-old powder-backorder going to show up? lol

I figure what better day to chime in and spout off with some nonsense than today. Man I thought for sure the background check were gonna get thru, not the "universal" but the "expanded" checks. They didn't even get that. Big win in my book.
