I have seen civy targets before, some depicting a female that "appears" pregnant but isn't, drawing a weapon from under a baggy sweat shirt just to mess with your head on a shoot/no-shoot course.
I can't help but smell some creative journalism in this story.

At one time in my life I would have been the first to fall on the side of the govt, but age and wisdom has shown me that is the wrong side anymore. Ruby Ridge, Waco, Benghazi, Vietnam, war in the ME, War on Drugs, Obamacare, DHS, failure after failure, in fact one has to dig and do a lot of research to find ANY govt program that is a success even by the lowest of standards.BUILDING MY SASS wrote:
