I've had some bad juju with botach in the past. They used to be in the bad habit of selling items they didn't have and not ordering any stock until they got enough customers money to make minimum with their distributor, or selling paid for items out of their storefront and making the online customer wait on the next one to come in.
They abused the "prices subject to change policy" by jacking up prices after orders are placed, or rather falsely advertising low prices to get orders in, then charging re-stocking fees if you canceled.

I know plenty of people that have done business with them for years without anything even remotely negative to say. The one time I attempted to order from them was a shit storm.
I guess I'm just that likable bastard that brings out the best in people.
