Thought it was my buddies at first when I read it, but the pic was far worse. My bud, was given some ammo in BRAND NEW Novkse .308. First one blew up...
I told him NEVER EVER shoot somebody's reloads even your mothers...just say no!
Have a good friend who reloads and has since the 70's. This is typical: He sits a far end of dinner table reloading, watching TV, keeping 3 kids in check, wife is cooking dinner and setting the table. Far as I know he has never had an issue, but wow, I ask him how in the world does he pay attention to what he is doing?????

Safety First :cowboy:
So there was 3 of us that ran together, Larry, Brad and me in our teens. Time goes by and Brad gets married and pumps out some kids, Larry and I go on to finish HS and about that time the draft reaches out and grabs us.
I talk with Larry and he wants to go to Canada, I tell him he is crazy I am going to Vietnam. Larry is SCARED and I mean SCARED. He looks into the marriage thing but that won't work, no kids in 90 days. But Larry come up with a plan...We get called to come down and take a physical, but Larry does not show.
Larry told me on Sat he was going hunting but would be on the bus Monday am.
Larry's story: He was going hunting and headed out, walked to he got to a barbed wire fence and leaned his shotgun against the fence, he bent over and stepped thru, shotgun falls over, goes off and shoots himself in the foot.
Larry's story to me: He was scared to go to Vietnam, so told everyone he was going hunting. He go out there and the plan was to hold his shotgun against the top toe of the boot and shoot off the tip of his toe. He sat down on the ground, took the shotgun ( 12 GA ) and rested it on the tip of his boot. He goes to shoot and leans back some as he pulls the trigger...blew off the tip of his big toe, his big toe, all the toes but the little toe and about half his foot...Yea Larry did not go to Vietnam, instead he is a cripple for the rest of his life.
Nope not mine, I took all them Safety first classes :woohoo: Don't recall where I even got that from, but, ohhhh.... that does look nasty and would hurt like :censored: makes a guy think twice
