Looked at some today. No shortage of bling, but don't care about bling, care about the quality of the weapon, guess that is why I have an AR, any thought on BRO???

Can't say I have heard of them. Boron nitride is nice, but they dont even say which .308 the BCG is for.

I've fat fingered a couple of BRO rifles at gun shops/shows. Looks to be well put together. Not too crazy about the muzzle device. Seemed a little pricey for my tatses.

A used their receivers for a build.
I was rather impressed, very good quality, great upper to lower fit as he bought a "matched" set

Their assembled rifles are a bit Gucci-fied

I did not have time to look hard, but it has anti roll pin devices, the muzzle brake IMO is just plain ZOMBIE gear but it seems to be a trend in muzzle devices. I will tell you that if you are out of bullets and the war ain't over the time proven BUTT STOKE is still my choice not some muzzle device (ask me how I know).

Its a $2k trip down gun trail and appears high quality do-dah not withstanding. Worth a look.

I know a few guys that swear by BRO and know for a fact it is a top self company, if i could not get my hands on another Armalite AR10 i would not hesitate to look at both Noveske and Black Rain as the next in line.
Just my 2 bits. ;)

They look to make top notch rifles, but I put them in the category with spikes tactical. Lots of Bling with lots of dollar signs attatched.
I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy. Any AR is sinister looking enough as it is.
I'll buy Armalite first, every time.
That way I know what I'm paying for.
I picked up a National Match from hinterland in late 2011 for $1900 shipped. Now thats money well spent!
just my opinion. :usa:

Seven, what is the white slip on thing at the end of the barrel? Dessicant pack or just a lint free end cover?

Its just a little thank you card from Armalite. Saying that they are keeping their prices down and thanking me for buying Armalite. :twothumbs:
