Finally got the scope in late January and after lots of research, decided on a Millett Buck Gold. Also added a few personalizing items...

Added ADM scope mount, Magpul AFG2, got the PWS installed, Advanced half quad, magpul BUIS, and recently added a Tubbs Flatwire and Heavy Buffer XH buffer. Shoots pretty good but have only been able to shoot 50 yards. With surplus ammo, its normally groups 20rds into about 2 inches. With match ammo, its normally 20 rds into 1 inch but again, this is all at 50yds. Still searching for an EASY access range that will let me stretch out to 100 and beyond but living in NOVA, thats not exactly easy to find. Gonna have to take a drive...

Good looking rig you got there. Where in NoVA are you? As a scion of the Commonwealth, I know your pain when it comes to finding a suitable place to shoot in the northern part of the state. It's because of all the over-monied slugs from DC. They screwed up their city, now they want to screw up an entire state...But I digress. If you have a friend/aquaintance with some land, like a farm or something, perhaps he'd let you come out and let you stretch the legs of your rifle.
As I think on it, the NRA HQ is in Fairfax. If anyone would know of 100m+ ranges in the area, it would be them.
