Texas and Wyoming have pending legislation that would authorize the arrest and prosecution (5 years, $50,000.00) of any federal agent attempting to enforce an illegal firearms ban. Two legislators are on record as saying that they would file impeachment charges if illegal firearms acts were approved. My own state has laws in place (since 2010!) that say that guns manufactured in this state, and not transported in interstate commerce, are not subject to federal firearms laws!

There was never a hope in hell that there would be anything meaningful said in this press conference.
