How large is the cooking area? Sounds like it must have some size to it.

I see the upper where you place your meats, and the 'V' angle iron to capture the grease, but where does the grease drain???

See that little extension of the grate in front on the left hand side? It has two small notches to hold a can with a wire handle for the grease to drain into.
