I say drop him off in Xinjiang, where the Weigers live in China. They have not had any problems with muslim extremists for some reason...... :whip:
Then all it would cost us is a one way ticket. Either way, life or death, it will cost us a bunch of money we don't have. :twocents:

No he won't mind...I am thinking several options for him:
Ft Hood Texas
SugarLoaf PK 4.2" mortar live fire range
Tank Table 6 West Range Road
N Ft Hood Small Arms 5.56 live fire range
All that said, lets talk reality: I suspect few on here know little if anything about the military prison system. Some insight:
Ft Sill Ok: Every morn 0500 the Co 1st called the Plts to attention and turned it over to the officers. In that very quiet time as we stood at attention I could hear: "plink, plink" staccato. One day I asked the Co 1st just before we were called to attention what the sound was. He laughed and said I will tell you this morning, was just waiting on some soldier to ask.
'Gentlemen! I have been asked by one of you what that plink plink sound is we can barely hear in the mornings. That Gentlemen is the sound of a 12 lb sledge breaking up concrete over at the stockade. They start every morning at 0430, 6 days a week, hot or cold, rain or shine and if any of you MUCK up you will learn just how hard that concrete is!!'
I read somewhere about a country that did the following. Break both legs, hang by neck so that there is a little weight on the legs. Put ear plugs in. Check in 4 hours. Repeat.
At the time that I read about it, I thought this was a little extreme, but this guy in my opinion, should be a candidate.
He is paralyzed from the chest down so they should skip the legs and go for the arms.
Maybe they could show some sensitivity to his religion, tie his wrists together after breaking his arms and lay him on the ground facing Mecca. Do this somewhere out in the scrubs of southern Texas, preferably near a nice sized fire ant nest, just leave him in there "peace" so he can pray. :usa:
