That is. Chinook, or King Salmon, already fileted and ready for dinner. Weighed 8 pounds,average size for Lake Superior.

Yep! Making whitefish/coho salmon chowder and grilling the Chinook with a maple Syrup/soy sauce/pesto glaze. All fish fresh, never frozen. BURP!

The stripers are starting to come in around here so I'm gonna be makin some trips pretty soon myself. They've gotta be 28 inches just to KEEP em but I'll usually grab between 36 and 45 inches anyway so 1 fish will feed us pretty good for about 3 nights...

My boys love deep fried Striped Bass nuggets... :thumbs:

Not unless it becomes a pest. They keep the rabbit and rodent population down, as well as sundry other pests. If it starts to stalk the dogs, or starts to show up and confront them when I have them out, its gone.
