I've seen AR's at almost every Walmart I travel to , Arkansas, Missouri, and Mississippi have all had plenty on the shelf. They have around $1,400 on the Colts and the Sigs, $1000 on the DB's so they are on the high end. Prices did seem to vary from state to state some. I haven't seen any .308 platform AR's though.
I had to do a venture into walamart yesserdaay, took the Grandaughter in to but a couple of toys for the new kittens that We hauled home a few weeks ago.
Asked the G.D. if She`d like to go look at the firearms, why yes she replied{She is 8} and so away we went.
They too had the DPMS Carbine .308 for $907.00, they also had several other in the AR15s but I`m not to innerested in them so I did`nt look them over.
Just picked up an LR-308 AP4 carbine w/free float barrel from gun brokers 970 + 30 sh. Came w/hardcase & mag.
I haven't shot it yet. I will have to work up a load for it. I wanted something a little lighter than my ar10.
I know its not going to match with my AR10 but anxious to see what it can do!
