I like pistols myself man but there's nothing like blowin off the old howitzer... Bad guys looking down a 44 auto mag think twice... bad guys looking down the barrel of a 12 gauge only think once and it's usually just about how embarrassing it's going to be to die with poopie pants... :laugh:

9 - 30 caliber pellets in double 00 buck.

10 rounds will fit into my Benelli.

It takes roughly 1.9 to 2.2 seconds to empty it accurately into a target 15 yards away which is 90 - 30 caliber projectiles flying downrange with bad intentions...

It's definitely either a crap pleasure or their worst day...

Then take into account another 8 shells on my rail and a few extra bandoliers of shells here and there and oooff... somebody's gonna have a terminal tummy ache... :laugh:

Then there is the absolute terror that overcomes the bad guy at the sound of an 870 being racked in the darkness. Nothing else sounds quite like it. The bad guys universal response to that sound is "Oh Crap!!!" First he says it..... then he does it!



Thanks Sharkey for your part in this shotgun project. You really got the ball rolling.


13fcolt - check out the price of an 870 Tactical. They are pretty reasonable and a lot of the goodies are already there.
