I saw this new logo in the May issue of Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement magazine.
I think I like it, as long as they keep up the old-school business practices that that made me a fan in the beginning.
The website still uses the lion logo so I'm not sure if this is a new path for ArmaLite marketing or just a one time advertising thing........
My AR10 lower has the "Eagle" logo on it, made by Eagle Arms, I think that was made before Armalite pulled Eagle into their lineup of the less expensive firearms, and, I think that is why My barrel does not have a supressor installed on the muzzle of the barrel. To keep the cost down for those who wanted an AR10 but could not afford a full out AR10 with all of the accessories.

Welcome to the forum N.V.70 and thank You for Your service.
According to the article, S.A.C. bought out Armalite July of 13.
It also states that they will continue operations out of the Geneseo plant, to Me, that sounds like a good thing.
Also, S.A.C. is in part with the Surgeon Rifles Co. too.
