What is the difference between the upper listed on sale today and the first day? One says short gas system and one says 6 inch, isn't 6 inches short? Which system is most reliable and why is the other needed then? Sorry for the barrage of questions but I've been trying to figure out what system would be best for me and have not found any real clear explinations, I didn't run into this issue when researching for an AR-10 Thanks for your time.

Sharpshooter, the only difference is one has an A2 front sight and the other does not.
