I just got my first AR 10! I got it home, removed the bcg and tried to take the bolt cam pin out. It will ONLY come out with the use of a screwdriver. It is hitting the gas key. I called Armalite and they sent me a replacement cam pin, for an ar 15!! I do own several ar 15's and I am very familiar with the system. Any ideas? Help!!!
Mine was very tight when new but just a couple hundred rounds and I can pull it out with my fingers. Don't give up on customer service, they will get you squared away just keep calling. An issue I had got overlooked for a bit but they stepped up in the end and made things right, the damn accurate rifle they built helped me get over it as well. Hope your shooting yours soon!

Just mailed the bcg back to Armalite today, hope they make it right. I bought an Armalite on purpose, I wanted the origonal, no pistons etc. I am hoping I made a good decision!!! I will let you know how it turns out.
