the new Remington RSASS has some claims that makes me wonder just how accurate it is ..... is it more accurate than DPMS or Armalite ... their site claims sub moa out to 800 meters and beyond..
I think I saw the same article you did. I admit, the RSASS is a sexy beast and JP Enterprises really knows how to tune a stick. Mechanically, the rifle may indeed be capable of sub-MOA out to 800m (880 yds). That said, there are so many variables when it comes to shooting (as you well know) that many of the folks that run out and buy one will never come close to the accuracy that the rifle is capable of. For that matter, many people don't have access to a range or enough land to fire out to it's max effective.
I will be looking to buy a sass in the near future... its second on my gun list a compact pistol is 1st... My ar 10A4 will get out around 300 pretty nice but... as always i want more...if only i could afford a 408. cheytac
I haven't seen it but when it come to the SASS...they are all trying to copy ArmaLite...look at it this way...if you buy a SUPER SASS then you won't have to buy other mags....
As for the .408...well wouldn't we all...but the ammo is the killer.
I have to say...I still like the AR-50...over the rest.
