Here is their tech note page...they have several residences to the dis-assembly of the rifle and installation of the hand guard and what tools you will need....also you may want to contact them and get the specific notes needed....
I do know that you will need a AR-10 barrel nut wrench...and also a strap wrench....beyond that not sure what else you will need...oh and elbow grease....

Actually, if it already has a free float tube on it... the only things you will need are allen wrench to remove the gas block, a strap wrench to loosen the hand guard nut, and a line level.
Remove the gas block from the barrel...
Loosen the hand guard nut and remove hand guard...(you will NOT have to remove the barrel nut since it uses the same barrel nut and hand guard nut on the railed hand guard)
Install the railed hand guard...
Tighten the hand guard nut...(ensure that the hand guard index pin went in at the 6 o'clock position before tightening)
Install gas block and gas tube...(here is where it gets tricky)
With everything installed on the upper, pad your vice jaws, and lock the upper in the vice on the hand guard.
Useing the line level, check proper position and ensure that the receiver it self is level, both left and right along with forward and backward.
After checking the receiver, put the level on the gas block and check the same. Once it is level, tighten the gas block screws.
Failure to ensure the gas block is positioned properly, WILL result in short stroking leading to FTE/E (fialure to extract or eject)
OOPS...good call...MrRaley...my bad...wasn't thinking about that... was thinking about different set up....again..my bad.
Sorry to the OP....was dealing with something else at the same time...He is correct...
and the word I meant to type was references.
