My Super SASS is too heavy to lug around for deer and boar hunting. I have set up an AR-10 A4 for that role. It is a fine shooter on the bench, but as soon as that barrel gets warm (.05 MOA can become 1.5 MOA. So I want to change my AR-10 A4 over to a free floating barrel and I was considering of getting a complete Noveske N6 upper. Does anyone have one and is if worth the price tag?

As well, does anyone know how much a Noveske N6 weigh on an carbine lower?

Appreciate the helpful words. ;)

There are a couple that own them...mainly from comi fornia...
I have read about them..and they are supposed to be top notch as far as the parts they use...May I suggest contacting ArmaLite and seeing if you could order a AR-10 T Carbine upper...that might be the ticket you are looking for...just a thought.
I think the weight of the N6 uppers are about the same as the ArmaLites...might call Noveske and find out...

Thank you, I hope after the Shot Show Armalite will offer a C.O.P. for the AR-10. An upper with a free floating C.O.P. on a 16 inch bull barrel would be perfect. I don't like the stainless steel barrel finish for a hunting rifle. Have you ever heard of Armalite taking a special order to put a different on a barrel?
