Thinking about getting a armalite ar-10 carbine.
Can any one give me what kind of real world accuracy these things are capable of?
The web site says 2-2.5 inches.
The website is giving you the real world accuracy. 2-2.5 in groups at 100yds.If you want more accuracy, the ar10T carbine will give the advertised 1 moa.
Randy,
I have only used 168 grain bullets, but maybe I should try the 175 grain. The extra wt would probably make a better hunting bullet anyway.
Did you mount a bipod on yours? What scope did you put on it? I didn't put a bipod on mine since I am carrying it alot or climbing tree stands. Wanted to keep the wt down.

Look in the Gallery under Targets...you will see a few of mine...I have pulled down .5 inch shots...mind you not groups...just shots..I don't go for groups...One shot move to the next...but there are a couple of two shot targets...if you tune your gun and and scope together with top grade ammo...you can do it...Oh mine is a AR-10 A4 CB dressed to do the job...
