I am thinking of buying a armalite ar10 carbine, but I don't know how accurate it is. I am thinking of using it to hunt out to 400 yards.Do you think it will do it?
Hi...welcome to the site....
As for the C doing 400 yards....NO Problem...I have shot at a 12" shoot-n-see target at that range....made 9 out of 11, but I have a bit under powered scope so...if you have a decent optic, should be no issues....It also depends on how accurate you are talking too...and your own shooting ability...but a Deer at 400 yards....YEP.

Here's a link to a carbine that might interest you. The web page says we're out of stock, but I know we finished a run of them Friday and the web page should reflect their "in stock" status by today's end. We also have the same carbine in green furniture.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be able to do the job out to 400 yards.
Then it better exceed the 2-2.5 MOA guarantee. I would find it surprising if such a rifle couldn't hold 1 MOA or better. I wouldn't shoot at a deer with a 10 inch spread at 400 yards.
I am so happy with my 20" 'T', I am thinking of getting a carbine. But at 2+ MOA, no thanks. Guess I'd have to build one with a better barrel.
