Whats a good trigger at a precision build? There are so many in the market now....some pretty simple drop ins and others that are fully adjustable...I guess i need a rugged and reliable trigger that wont fail or have an adjustment screw come loose and at the same time be light enough for precision work...
I love my RRA two-stage trigger on two AR15s. When I built my "T" I ordered the lower parts kit with the Armalite tactical 2-stage. It's not bad at all, but it's a long ways from the RRAs triggers.
I understand that it's weight is adjustable by removing it and placing the spring legs in one of three positions. it is shipped in the middle position.
I am interested to know if anyone here has tried this, and if it makes much difference. Also, whether there is any polishing of the sear/trigger surface that would help. I don't have much to lose by trying, because if it fails, I'll get the RRA drop-in and be happy as a clam.
