so tell me why we should hurt EVERYBODY just cause mexico cant get themselves straightened out. Haven't we helped them enough? Maybe if they stopped being so corrupt and stopped all the drugs going through there country to ours then maybe the money would dry up so there would be nothing left to fight over! Rulers who cannot improve their peoples circumstance often keep power by appealing to nationalistic tendancies and blaming difficulties on outside and/or minority parties.

Ratification of a treaty requires 67 votes in the US Senate. So don't sweat it.
