mostly Armalite parts except for the CAA pistol grip and Rock Creek 24in. barrel that i had a Surefire suppressor addaptor instaled on. the glass is a Leupold Mk4 3.5-10x40 that i snagged off of my Remington 5r

i dont plan on useing the 25 rd mag much,.. the only reason i bought it was because i forgot to bring my 20rd mag with me when i went to pick the gun up from my builders shop.

it shoots real nice i should be able to put it on paper soon to see how it groups. the only thing i really want to do is change the trigger out for a Geissele DMR setup.

added a short rail at the 6 o'clock for a Rock Creek bi-pod & sling swivel. mounted my scope to a Badger Ord. 20 moa rail adapter, and added the Badger Ord. "tac latch" to the charging handle.

this shot pretty nice but i still was not happy with the 3.5-10x Leupold,. i wanted a higher power optic so i snagged the Premier Heritage 3-15x50 off of my M82a1 and stuck it on my Armalite as seen here.(Badger Ord. M107 rings)

i am alot happier with this rifle/optic combo,. but i still need to make a few minor changes. first i am going to put the scope into a one piece 34mm mount that should allow me to mount the scope in a little bit better position, then i plan on adding front and rear flip up sights.

the addition of the flip up iron sights is for the sole purpose of putting cocky loud mouth M1A owners in there place. (don't ask)

i still have not shot the rifle for groups per say just yet,. but it does like the 168gr TAP & 175gr FGMM,. so far ive run some of the FGMM over a chrono to get a idea of what my powder charges should be when i reload. i have also started playing with the COAL to see if i can get the groups tighter than the factory FGMM.

i had some pictures of the groups with the 168 TAP but i cant find them,.. i would love to try and get my hands on some of the 178gr Amax in .308 but i can't ever seem to find any.

i also picked up a second 20 round gen2 mag,.. not sure if i am going to trade off the 25 round gen2 just yet or not,.. i just might have to build up a AR-10C in a M4 configuration.
