Amazon has it too guys in several different sizes. Just search for "synthetic light grease" and it's right there.
Make sure when you log in you use the AR10T.com link above so the site can get a little cut of the cash too.
Gotta keep the site running somehow guys and remember that using the link helps.
I've got my Amazon set up directly THROUGH the site so even my wife contributes...
(in fact, if you want to do that too, paste this link into your browser as the path to Amazon and you can log into your account right from there -

Name mix-up or not, I've got a 4oz tube on the way. Thanks guys.
FYI - It normally takes me a LOT to go changing how I do things but I've honestly found, since I've been here, that some of our members are SO knowledgeable about this stuff that when I CAN afford to try some of the stuff out they recommend, I'm going to.
I'm pretty fussy about who I take advice from and I've built up such a high level of confidence with our membership, that I feel VERY confident about trying SOME new things when the need arises and would just like to say that I'm very grateful to be a member here.

(wow, these serious moments I have sometimes are like having a baby or something - when they want to come out, I WANT them to also but it STILL causes me a bit of pain even though it's what is SUPPOSED to happen. I didn't even scream or anything this time though so maybe I'm getting better at it.. I'm not used to being so damn nice It's like Spock laughing at a joke - it just doesn't seem natural somehow... )
No worries. I knew what you were talking about. I've used it on the frame rails of my pistols and on my M1A when I had it. It's good stuff, when you can find it.
No issues at all. Use with confidence. But on a pistol, grease is like Brylcreme - a little dab'll do ya. Another good place for it is the barrel opening on the slide.
When it is time to play Lucy with your weapon, it looks nasty! :pinch: In reality Lucy will spray down and wipe off no scrubbing. Just to let you guys know I have applied this lube to my: model 94 .45lc, Nylon 66 .22lr, 725 12ga, Supreme 12ga, 686 12ga, model 12 12ga, 500A 12ga, 17 9mm, and witness .45ACP. There is zero complaints and noticeable improvements in all weapon functions.

With an AR, yes. Otherwise, you'll get an accumulation of greasy sludge on your BCG and in your upper receiver. Given the tight clearances of moving parts in an AR, and all the dirty gas that gets vented into the upper receiver, after each shooting session it would be a good idea to wipe the upper receiver and BCG off and reapply as part of your routine maintenance.
