You'll be good to go using .308 out of your AR10. On Armalite's website it lists the caliber as .308/7.62. Congrats on the purchase, BTW. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Leb is correct...an AR-10 will EAT both...but for optimum performance...I would stay in the 168gr range...use the 150 for plinking and "I don't care about pin point shots" shooting....as well as the brass for reloading....
