Your spring is an Armalite AR-10 spring so the combo may not be compatible.
Short of that I'd check the gas system for alignment or leaks.

There is an amazing amount of latitude amongst these components, but at the end of the day they all have to operating in harmony. You cannot make a carbine out of a rifle by adding a carbine buffer tube.
There is a tendency in the Black gun market for end users to run out and buy the latest and greatest they read about some this months issue of Guns R Us. You also see in guys are into cars etc etc. We all do it.
Of course, like JT said, be sure and check that gas system for leaks, if its leaking then nutting ain't gonna work right...let us know what you discover.

You do NOT need to leave it stock, just need to make sure its in "balance" and it will purr like a kitten... :twothumbs:Coner wrote:
