i started hospice for my dad today..... and they said they have kind of sitter services so i can run to the range for a couple of hours..... thats a gift from god there,,, cause in stuck ar home for weeks at a time now...
My wife and I did hospice with three of our four parents. Prayers are with your Dad and the journey he is getting ready to make. Glad you have the AR10 T to brighten your days. Looking forward to a range report.
yes sir....... and thank you...... that was good of you... being there at the end for your folks... its the right thing to do.. for sure.......
hes going to be here a little while longer i believe.... its just he has so many issues that need attention on an almost hourly basis.. that he qualifies for their services....
i do see him winding down on a weekly basis though....

You know... This is just another part of life... The real thing..... He is 91.. He is a fine man and lived right.... He is one of those guys who has served his whole life...... Served his country 24 years as an Air Force officer.... His community 18 years as a high school teacher and served his family and companions his whole life...... He always pt himself at the end of the line... He always gave more than he took.... He is a man of honer and duty..... I am grateful to god to be his son and I hope I can be half the man he is.......
